ITEC was founded in August 31,1988 and has been providing services to our Native community in the state of Utah.
- Call and speak with one of our case managers to do a quick screening to see if you qualify at (801) 973-6484.
- Identification or Driver License
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Proof of Native American, Hawaiian, or Alaskan Descent (you do not need to be an enrolled member)
- Proof of current Utah address (mailed received, rental assistance, etc.)
- Proof of income (all household income for the past 6 months)
- Selective Service Registration (provide one for males born after December 31, 1959)
- School Documents: (current transcript, current class schedule, program description, and graduation evaluation, and professional photo or selfie)
